Wonderful place….we will be back again. We absolutely loved being here and hate to go home because it’s almost like home here. There are just 5 of us here this time. My parents stayed in Chinook in a motor home and came for dinner and loved it too. My husband’s nephew got a 47” sturgeon. We love the house and had a lot of fun. Tina – Yelm, WA 

We loved staying at your house. No one wanted to leave!  There were so many things we liked about it! My family goes to the beach about 3 times a year and we always try new houses and motels but we definitely found one that beats everything else. We look forward to staying there every time it’s available. It was absolutely heaven on earth; so clean, so welcoming.  We walked in and immediately felt at home.  The teenagers and the two smaller children were so happy.  The two little ones were crying when we had to leave.  We will definitely go back, we couldn’t have wished for anything better. The house was wonderful and accommodated the needs of four enthusiastic birders.  We cooked our suppers at the house and enjoyed fresh oysters and clams from the bay.  Our weather was quite extraordinary and we birded from Canby State Park north to Westport and found 110 species.  We would certainly stay at Hewitt House again and recommend it to our friends.  Thanks for a wonderful stay.
