Thank you in advance for considering Hewitt House for your next beach get-away. During the summer months of July and August we prefer a one week minimum from Sunday to Sunday. If there is open space, contact us about a shorter reservation. The rest of the year we prefer a two night minimum with the exception of a three night minimum on certain holidays. We will do our best to keep our reservation calendars up-to-date but you will always need to confirm availability. A date is already reserved if it is highlighted in red.

One night's deposit required to make a reservation of 4 nights or less. Two night's deposit required for 5 or more night's. 6 or more night's are discounted.
$75 Non-Refundable Departure Cleaning Fee
$25 Non-refundable one time pet fee per pet; Two (2) pet limit
Pet Policy: Well behaved pets with conscientious owners welcomed!
Pets are not to be left alone in the rentals unless kenneled; pets are to be on a leash if other guests have pets and are sharing a yard; pets are not allowed on furniture; clean up in yard; any costs due to damage done by pets is the owners responsibility.
Refund Policy
100% - Cancellation 31 or more days prior to date of reservation
*50% - Cancellation 15 - 30 days prior to date of reservation
*100% will be refunded if we can rent the dates cancelled
