Thank you in advance for considering Hewitt House for your next vacation. During the summer months of July and August we prefer a one week minimum from Sunday to Sunday. If there is open space, contact us about a shorter reservation. The rest of the year we prefer a two night minimum with the exception of a three night minimum on certain holidays. We will do our best to keep our reservation calendars up-to-date but you will always need to confirm availability. A date is already reserved if it is highlighted in red.

Pet Policy: Well behaved pets with conscientious owners welcomed!
Pets are not to be left alone in the rentals unless kenneled; pets are to be on a leash if other guests have pets and are sharing a yard; pets are not allowed on furniture; clean up in yard; any costs due to damage done by pets is the owners responsibility.

100% - Cancellation 30 or more days prior to date of reservation
*50% - Cancellation 14 to 29 days prior to date of reservation
*25% - Cancellation 13 or less days prior to date of reservation
*100% will be refunded if we can rent the dates cancelled
