Thank you in advance for considering Hewitt House for your next beach vacation. During the summer months of July and August we prefer a one week minimum from Sunday to Sunday. If there is open space, contact us about a shorter reservation. The rest of the year we require a two night minimum with the exception of a three night minimum on certain holidays. Booking Policies
50% deposit required when the reservation is made. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. The entry code and instructions will be provided 5 days prior to your arrival date.
Non-Refundable Out-Going Cleaning Fee
$60 Non-refundable one time pet fee; One dog allowed with approval.
Pet Policy
Well behaved dogs with conscientious owners welcomed with approval!
Pets are not to be left alone in the rentals unless crated; pets are to be on a leash if other guests have pets and are sharing a yard; pets are not allowed on any furniture; clean up in yard; any cost due to damage done by pets is the owners responsibility.
Refund Policy
100% - Cancellation 31 or more days prior to date of reservation
*50% - Cancellation 15 - 30 days prior to date of reservation
*100% will be refunded if we can rent the dates cancelled
